Fox News Host Says Shia LaBeouf Told Him to ‘Go F—‘ Himself

Jesse Watters recently revisited an alleged confrontation with actor Shia LaBeouf. While interviewing filmmaker David Mamet, Watters claimed the actor once hurled a vulgar insult at him in an airport lounge. The host added fresh details to an incident he initially described back in 2019.

Jesse Watters talks about Shia LaBeouf airport incident

Fox News host Jesse Watters has stirred attention once again by bringing up a past incident involving actor Shia LaBeouf during a live segment of Jesse Watters Primetime. The moment occurred during a conversation with filmmaker David Mamet, who is directing LaBeouf in the upcoming film Henry Johnson.

Watters abruptly shifted the conversation mid-interview to share the story from a previous encounter with the actor. He told Mamet, “Well, Shia LaBeouf told me to go F myself at a Delta lounge at the airport a couple years ago.” The host added, “So tell him I said ‘Hi.’ Will you do that for me?” Mamet responded with a laugh but didn’t confirm whether he would pass on the message. This isn’t the first time Watters has shared the story publicly. In 2019, while guest-hosting The Ingraham Angle, he recounted the same airport confrontation. According to the host, the incident took place while he and his family were at a Delta Sky lounge.

Watters said, “And the actor Shia LeBeouf or whatever his name is—I think it was him, it looked exactly like him—I walk by and he calls me ‘trash’ right in front of my kids, you know?” He noted that he chose not to engage at the time, saying, “And I didn’t say anything. I didn’t lose it. But, you know, these things happen.”

Despite Watters’ repeated claims, LaBeouf has never acknowledged or commented on the alleged encounter. Meanwhile, Mamet avoided commenting directly on the story. His current project, Henry Johnson, features LaBeouf in a lead role.
