Mulan Hernandez, the ex of Cardi B‘s boyfriend Stefon Diggs, is now suing him over an alleged assault. This comes after Diggs sued his ex and a third party, Brianna Mack, for assault, trespass, intentional infliction of emotional distress, conspiracy, and various other claims. He also accused them of attempted extortion.

Diggs claimed in his lawsuit that Hernandez was in a casual relationship with him in 2024. During this time, he allowed Hernandez and her friends to stay at his Houston apartment. On the morning of June 7, 2024, Hernandez allegedly assaulted him and destroyed his property. He also claimed that she threatened him with a dangerous weapon at the time.

Now, Hernandez has denied any wrongdoing and has filed a counterclaim. It states that on June 7, 2024, Diggs punched her in the back of the head with a closed fist. Moreover, after the altercation, Diggs “mounted an effort to induce [Hernandez] into signing a non-disclosure agreement so that Diggs’ malicious and egregious act would be kept from the NFL and from public view” (via US Weekly).

Hernandez claims that Cardi B’s boyfriend had his personal assistant fly out to Houston in June. She said the assistant tried to have her sign a non-disclosure agreement, which would prevent her from speaking about the alleged assault. She also claimed that she had a concussion from the assault.

Hernandez is demanding unspecified damages for her physical pain and mental suffering. She asked the court to award her at least $250,000 for her sufferings.

The case remains active at the moment of writing.
