Cardi B had quite a strong response to her boyfriend Stefon Diggs’ paternity drama. The rapper is expecting her first child with the NFL star, but it seems that Diggs is involved in a paternity drama with another woman named Aileen Lopera (better known by her Instagram moniker, Lord Giselle). The 32-year-old addressed this in an Instagram live comment.
Cardi B’s reaction to Stefon Diggs paternity drama explained
Cardi B, who recently announced that she was pregnant with her fourth child, the first with Stefon Diggs, took to her Instagram live to address the other woman who claims to be the mother of Diggs’ child.
The Bodak Yellow singer referred to Shirley Brown’s 1974 R&B song, Woman to Woman, which was about the singer reaching out to another woman her man was cheating with on her Instagram live video. Cardi B said in the live, “Hello Barbara? This is Shirley.”
The pregnant Cardi B added, “That’s your baby daddy, bi***? That’s my baby daddy, too.” She continued, “What now? I don’t f–king know. We’ll figure it out, bi***.”
This comes days after Aileen Lopera filed a paternity suit against Diggs, claiming that he was the father of her 5-month-old daughter, Charliee. The model was pregnant during the time of the filing. Lopera asked Diggs to pay for her pregnancy and birth expenses, as well as her attorney’s fee. She plans to hold on to the legal and physical custody of the child.
In July of this year, Diggs claimed he was not sure if he was the father of Charliee. He asked for a DNA test. With Diggs set to become a father again soon, there are some things the athlete needs to sort out.
As for Cardi B, it seems that she has had her say on the matter. More updates about this paternity suit should come soon. Stay tuned.
