Man detained in Nancy Guthrie case claims he only knew about her, not where she lived

Luke Daley, the man from Arizona, detained in the Nancy Guthrie kidnapping case, recently claimed that he only knew about her and did not know where her house was. The man gave an interview to Briana Whitney on “True Crime Arizona.” During the interview, the host asked the Arizona man whether he was near the area of Nancy Guthrie’s house at the time of the incident.

In response to the question, Luke Daley said, “Well, I live near her house, but I mean didn’t know that until after the facts.” “I barely learnt where her actual house was in relation to mine. So, I didn’t even know,” he also added. After that, the interviewer went on to ask the man if he ever met Nancy Guthrie. The man responded to the question with “No.”

In the meantime, when asked if he knew who Nancy Guthrie was, Luke Daley revealed that he knew about her. The Arizona man explained, “I knew who she was ’cause my mother was following the case.” During the interview, Briana Whitney also asked the man how the entire situation had impacted his life. In response, Luke Daley said, “I mean, for me, it’s terrible.” He continued, “It’s hard to go anywhere.” “And the hard part is they are making all these assumptions based on things that have absolutely no relevance,” the Arizona man also added.
