Jessica Alba and her ex-husband, Cash Warren, have reportedly finalized their divorce after the couple separated two years ago. According to the documents from the court, obtained by TMZ, the “Fantastic Four” actor and the film producer will have joint custody of all three of their kids, two daughters, Haven Garner Warren and Honor Marie Warren, and a son, Hayes Alba Warren. In the meantime, neither the actor nor the film producer will reportedly have to pay spousal support.
Per the news outlet, the court documents further show that Alba will pay a total of $3 million to her ex-husband, Warren. The actor will make the payment to balance out the splitting of their assets. The news outlet further reported that the “Into the Blue” actor will be paying the total amount of $3 million in two halves. It reportedly will be in two non-taxable installments. She will allegedly make a payment of $1.5M now, and after a year, the Hollywood actor will pay the other $1.5 million. Meanwhile, the actor’s legal last name has reportedly been restored to Alba.
In the meantime, the news outlet previously reported that Alba filed for divorce from Warren in February 2025. The news broke out after the two publicly declared their split, ending their married life of nearly two decades. In the meantime, Laura Wasser reportedly represented the actor during the court proceedings while attorney Adam Lipsic represented her ex-husband, Warren.
