Robin Williams’ Comment on Donald Trump Resurfaces

A clip from Robin Williams’ old stand-up routine has resurfaced, in which he jokes about President Donald Trump’s personality and business mindset. The video comes amid the Department of Justice’s recent release of Epstein files, which shed light on the former president’s past relationship with the disgraced sex offender. Trump has previously denied any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein. He also stated that their relationship ended in the mid-2000s because Epstein was a “creep” and that he stole the people who worked for him, too.

Robin Williams’ old comment on Donald Trump goes viral

During one of his stand-up routines, Williams commented on the dangerous nature of Trump’s dealings in business. He said, “Donald Trump is the Wizard of Oz. He is the guy. He plays Monopoly with real f*****g buildings. This is a scary man.”

He further shared his take on the president’s association with beauty pageants and then cracked a joke referring to the Michael Vick dogfighting case. “And he owns all these beauty pageants. Miss America, Miss Universe. Isn’t that a bit like Michael Vick owning a series of pet stores? It’s a f*****g catch and release program for him,” he continued.

He also recalled the time when Trump called his own daughter “hot.” “Even people in Arkansas went, ‘That’s f*****g wrong,’” the comedian added. This Williams’ comedy clip has now gone viral on the internet. A post connected it to Trump’s connection with Epstein, which has popped up during the recent release of records. The caption on the post read, “Robin Williams warned the US about Donald Trump and his links to Miss America pageants and underage girls in 2012. Really should have listened.”

According to PBS, Trump addressed his fallout with Epstein. He revealed that it’s old history and he doesn’t want to waste his time explaining it. However, Trump did state that Epstein did “something that was inappropriate.” “He hired help and I said, ‘Don’t ever do that again.’ He stole people that worked for me. I said, ‘Don’t ever do that again.’ He did it again, and I threw him out of the place, persona non grata. I threw him out and that was it. I’m glad I did, if you want to know the truth,” he further added.
