Couple at Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Performance Gets Married on Stage — Report

Besides his headline-making performance this Sunday night at the 2026 Super Bowl, Bad Bunny reportedly invited a couple to hold their marriage ceremony during the show. The singer turned the field at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara into a full-on party. But what got people’s attention is that in the middle of his halftime show, a couple danced through parts of the set in wedding attire and stood beside an officiant. Now, a new report claims that the marriage actually happened.

Source reveals couple at Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl 2026 performance got hitched for real

Page Six reported that the couple who showed up throughout Bad Bunny’s 2026 Super Bowl performance actually held their marriage on the field during the show. NBC News reporter Rohan Nadkarni shared the detail in a post on X (formerly Twitter). He wrote, “This is incredibly cool — A source familiar with Bad Bunny’s performance tonight tells me that the couple in the halftime show got married for real.”

Nadkarni added, “They invited Bad Bunny to their wedding and in turn he invited them to get married during his performance,” while Variety reported that Bad Bunny’s representative confirmed the wedding. Cameras caught the couple dancing during the celebratory staging, and later standing with an officiant as the show went on.

Additionally, Page Six noted that the bride’s dress came from designer Hayley Paige, who reacted to the spotlight, stating, “Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine one of my wedding dresses making a cameo at the Super Bowl. Seeing [the dress] during Bad Bunny’s halftime show is, well, loco. But what makes it truly special is that it’s worn by a real bride on her wedding day.”

In addition to the wedding, Bad Bunny’s 2026 Super Bowl halftime show packed in guest appearances and nods to his Puerto Rican roots. But for many watching the show, the most unforgettable part was the idea that, for one couple, the biggest stage in American sports turned into their wedding venue, and that Bad Bunny made room for a real love story during a global performance.
