Radio host Craig Carton tore into Travis Kelce after the Chiefs’ loss to the Houston Texans on Sunday. On Monday’s episode of his show, Carton criticized Kelce for his poor performance. According to Carton, the Chiefs’ tight end is “done” with his NFL career and should hang up his boots. He also called out Kelce for skipping the post-game interviews.
Travis Kelce branded a ‘h**’ for this post Chiefs loss decision
Radio host Carton called Chiefs’ TE Travis Kelce a “h**” after the team’s crushing defeat against the Houston Texans. Texans triumphed 20-10 over the Chiefs at the latter’s home ground on December 7, Sunday, match. On Monday, Carton ripped into Kelce on The Craig Carton Show, accusing the Chiefs TE of not taking enough interest in the NFL games.
Carton stated, “Travis Kelce clearly is done. He’s washed, I’m sorry to say, Hall of Fame career, Travis Kelce, half the time looks disinterested. The other half of the time, when he gains five yards, he’s pumping up his chest. And a guy who’s lived for those moments… was a no-show last night. Not just on the field.”
Continuing further, Carton remarked, “That’s one thing when you stink on the field. Kelce had a single catch last night… His career ends on that play. Don’t matter what he’s done the last couple of games of the season. The Chiefs are done.”
“And you’d think a guy who has enjoyed a relationship with the media, you’d think a guy that has been vetted by the media, you’d think a guy who has had his a** kissed to Kansas City and backed by the media would at least have the backbone… to show up to the press conference after the game,” Carton stated.
Furthermore, Carton commented on Kelce by saying, “But Travis Kelce, I hate to say this… acted like a b***h. Travis Kelce’s a h**. Because for all the time you’ve spent enjoying your relationship with the a**-kissing, brown-nosing media… And then you duck the media afterwards. You ain’t nothing but a h**.”
As of writing, Kelce hasn’t responded to Carton’s harsh criticism of him.
