Blake Lively has reportedly been seeking $161 million in damages from “It Ends with Us” co-star and director Justin Baldoni in their legal case. She claimed to have lost this sum of money due to a smear campaign against her at the time of the premiere of the 2024 film. Moreover, the actor’s attorneys have shared a list of all the financial losses she suffered due to the situation. The legal case has allegedly impacted the actor’s net worth massively.

Blake Lively’s lawyers have allegedly listed the amount of money she has lost

Blake Lively will reportedly go to trial in March in her ongoing court case against “It Ends with Us” director and co-star Justin Baldoni, studio head Steve Sarowitz, producer Jamey Heath, and their publicists. Variety recently learned that ahead of the trial, the “Gossip Girl” alum is looking for $161 million in damages, which she claims to have lost due to the alleged smear campaign against her.

According to the news outlet, Lively’s lawyers have given a list of the amount of money she lost during the film’s release. The actor’s attorneys have also claimed that she has suffered a loss of at least $56.2 million in future and past earnings from producing, acting, endorsements, and speaking engagements.

Additionally, they have alleged that Lively’s beauty brand, Blake Brown, has suffered a loss of $49 million. Meanwhile, Betty Buzz/Betty Booze, her beverage company, has reportedly lost $22 million because of the harm caused to her image.

Lively’s attorneys have also claimed that she has lost at least $34 million in damages, including reputational harm, based on 65 million negative impressions generated by her on social media platforms. According to the news outlet, in the actor’s lawsuit, first filed in December 2024, her lawyers stated that her damages exceeded as far as $75,000. However, in a disclosure handed over in July, the attorneys argued that Lively has actually lost at least $161 million in damages.
