It was implied that the “Espresso” hitmaker was calling her friend “G.O.A.T.,” meaning “Greatest Of All Time.” The sweet tribute also consisted of four heart emojis, with the background score being the TS12 album song featuring her. For those unversed, Swift collaborated with Carpenter for the title track, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
Meanwhile, the “Lover” soloist wrote a lengthy caption as she shared the news of her Billboard 200 record on social media. It begins with: “I’ll never forget how excited I was in 2006 when my first album sold 40,000 copies in its first week.” Now, her new record has sold over a whopping 4 million copies and created history by making it the biggest sales week.
