Days of Our Lives alum Arianne Zucker has reportedly reached a settlement following a long-running legal dispute involving multiple parties. Though details remain under wraps, the resolution comes after months of speculation surrounding allegations connected to her time on the iconic daytime series.
Arianne Zucker reportedly settled sexual harassment and discrimination lawsuit
Days of Our Lives actor Arianne Zucker has officially resolved her legal dispute, according to the Los Angeles Times. Zucker reached a settlement with Corday Productions, former executive producer Albert Alarr, and show owner Ken Corday, after filing a 2024 lawsuit. The suit alleged sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation on the set of the long-running soap opera. Court officials filed the notice of settlement on Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, but did not disclose any details.
Zucker’s attorney, Anahita Sedaghatfar, said, “She stood up for herself and others in an industry where speaking out about harassment often comes at great personal cost.” Sedaghatfar added that Zucker “is pleased the matter has been resolved” and hopes her action “drives accountability and lasting change within the entertainment industry.”
In her February 2024 lawsuit, Zucker alleged that Alarr repeatedly subjected her to sexual touching and “sexually charged comments.” She claimed he grabbed and hugged her while “purposely pushing her breasts onto his chest.” Zucker also said producers cut her pay and revoked her travel stipend after she complained. She alleged that writers later removed her character, Nicole Walker, from the show. Zucker’s final episode aired in July 2024.
Alarr’s attorney, Robert Barta, stated that his client “continues to deny the allegations” but agreed to settle “solely to end the dispute and move forward.” Producers dismissed Alarr from the series in August 2024 after an internal investigation into on-set behavior.
Corday Productions maintained that Zucker’s claims “are without merit.” The company said it offered her a contract renewal with a pay increase and “promptly investigated” Alarr’s conduct. Days of Our Lives, which premiered in 1965, moved from NBC to the Peacock streaming platform in 2022.
