The Love Island USA star, Vanna Einerson, didn’t hold back after fans started speculating that she had undergone surgery and fillers. She addressed the public scrutiny she has faced since leaving the show during her appearance on The Viall Files podcast. “Duh, I got my lips done, and I like my lips,” she said honestly. But she emphasized that the rest of her face is natural. “My cheeks and my chin I’ve had for life—born with it—and people were saying, ‘Overfilled.’”
The reality star also confirmed undergoing a breast augmentation, but called one circulating rumor particularly absurd. “Apparently, I’ve been getting filler in my face since I was 14 and my mom is my injector,” Vanna Einerson said. “What are you guys talking about? My mom’s a stay-at-home mom.”
Even though Einerson feels secure in her appearance, the flood of comments still affected her. “All the things that these people were pointing out to me, I never saw in myself,” she shared. “They were pointing out new insecurities.” The backlash even led to a breakdown. “Broke down crying,” she admitted.
She credited fellow islander Coco Watson for helping her through the hardest moments. “I’m honestly so grateful for Coco, that she was there,” Einerson said. “Because she sat and prayed over me.”
Despite the hate, Vanna called for more compassion online, reminding fans that “words really hit so hard.” Her response comes after Love Island USA producers and official social handles urged viewers to be kind. A message displayed in the June 24 episode reminded fans, “They’re real people, so let’s be kind and spread the love!”
