The season concluded with Ellis proposing to Pasquarosa. The star went down on one knee and delivered a romantic proposal. He declared, “I truly believe that you are somebody who is my best friend and I’m so grateful for our journey. When you’re going through the toughest times in your life, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone. I’ll be there for you as your man, as your friend, and as your partner.”

The couple returned for the live segment of the show. Here, they revealed their decision to move in together in Boston. They’re also gearing up to head out to Italy and enjoy the trip provided by ABC. Both of the couple’s parents were also present in the audience and shared their support for the lovebirds. Speaking to host Jesse Palmer, Pasquarosa’s dad said, “It’s been a blast. We’re excited to get the two families together, finally.”

Not everyone received a happy ending, though. Litia Garr was visibly upset when Ellis chose Pasquarosa over her. She had a tense reunion with Ellis at the live show, where she confronted him about his decision. Garr accused him of leading her on and claimed that Ellis was ready to “stop the show,” saying that she was his No. 1. The interaction ended with Ellis apologizing to Garr, saying, “Every woman deserves to have a man who’s going to choose her without a shadow of a doubt.”

The Bachelor has concluded another successful season. However, the franchise is gearing up to return this summer with Bachelor in Paradise Season 10.
