Sydelle Noel has joined the cast of Reacher Season 4 as Tamara Green. She plays a New York Police Department homicide detective and the show’s latest female lead.

Green is partnered with NYPD detective Docherty. The role is based on Theresa Lee from Lee Child’s novel Gone Tomorrow, which is the source material for the new season. On June 18, 2025, Instagram user @rikiwichman shared images of Noel in costume on set. She wore a red shirt while filming in Philadelphia and Toronto.

Green will work alongside Jack Reacher, played by Alan Ritchson, during a high-stakes investigation in New York City. She will also develop a romantic relationship with Reacher, becoming his fourth love interest in the Prime Video adaptation. The series previously featured Roscoe Conklin in Season 1, Karla Dixon in Season 2, and Susan Duffy in Season 3 as his romantic connections.

Roscoe Conklin, portrayed by Willa Fitzgerald, was a Margrave Police Department sergeant. She partnered with Reacher during his first on-screen case in Georgia. Karla Dixon, played by Serinda Swan, reunited with Reacher in Season 2 as a former Army colleague-turned private investigator. Their relationship developed after their military careers ended. In Season 3, Sonya Cassidy’s Susan Duffy, a DEA agent, collaborated with Reacher on an undercover mission. This led to a brief romance.

Production for Season 4 is currently underway with no confirmed release date. The season will continue to follow Reacher’s travels as a former Army investigator drawn into dangerous situations across the country. Alongside the main series, Prime Video is developing a spin-off centered on Maria Sten’s character Frances Neagley, expected in late 2025 or early 2026.

Seasons 1 to 3 of Reacher are available for streaming on Prime Video.
