Ed Kelce came to the rescue, telling ABC News 5 Cleveland, “Travis actually did the proposal, oh, maybe two weeks, not quite two weeks ago.”
“You could do it on the side of the road, do it any place that makes it a special event,” Ed said, recalling what he and others told Travis. Finally, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end planned a private setting in his own backyard in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
