Rapper MGK, whose birth name is Colson Baker, clarified during a new interview that his former fiancée, Megan Fox, does everything with their daughter, Saga. Fox and MGK began their relationship in 2020. Two years later, Fox confirmed their engagement. However, it was called off in early 2024. Later that year, Fox announced that she was pregnant with MGK’s child. Saga was born in March 2025.

MGK appeared on the Thursday, August 7 episode of Today with Jenna and Friends and made it clear that Fox “does all the work” with Saga. “It’s awesome,” he said about his life with his daughter. “I want to detract all of the congrats to me and just move it to Megan because she really does all the work. I keep getting called the Music Teacher. Someone the other day was like, ‘You’re such a good dad!’ just because I was holding the baby. And she was fuming, like, ‘No, no, no, no.’ She’s the one. I just play the guitar and pray that the baby is happy.” (via People)
MGK confirmed the birth of his daughter through an Instagram post. He shared a video of his newborn daughter holding his hand. “She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed,” he wrote in the caption.
MGK has another daughter with his former romantic partner Emma Cannon. Her name is Cassie, and she was born in 2009.
In November 2024, Fox candidly spoke about the miscarriage she experienced with MGK during her interview with Good Morning America. Fox appeared on the show with her poem collection Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which includes two works of poetry that address the miscarriage.
Fox has three sons with her former husband, actor Brian Austin Green. Noah was born in 2012, Bodhi in 2014, and Journey River in 2016.
