Guests at Jeff Bezos & Lauren Sanchez’s Wedding Will Have To Cover for Mini Bar Charges, Claim ‘Sources’

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s lavish three-day wedding in Venice is every bit the luxury, but their guests met with a surprising twist. While weddings usually cover every last detail, Bezos’ wedding was different. As per a report, the goods in the mini bar were not on the house. Hence, guests had to pay for their own treats.

Guests at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s Venice wedding are reacting to mini bar rule, says ‘source’

An exclusive report from Rob Shuter’s #ShuterScoop revealed that Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s Venice wedding did not cover their guests’ mini bar expenses. Attendees revealed that the $20 million wedding had every bit of luxury, and yet guests were quietly asked to cover for their own snacks. Shuter’s insiders revealed that the guests had to provide their credit card details while checking in at the wedding.

One guest quipped, “I nearly choked on my complimentary biscotti.” They continued, “Jeff’s worth $200 billion and they’re worried I might take a Toblerone?” Another guest joked, “We’re not talking about rockstars trashing rooms. It’s tech bros and second wives. Who’s raiding the minibar?”

The event pulled out all the stops in luxury, except when it came to the mini bar, where attendees reportedly had to pay for sparkling water and trail mix. Guests close to the couple flew in on private jets and stayed in lavish hotels. Planners Lanza and Baucina booked the hotels, indicating top-notch services for the guests. Moreover, the venue saw the couple’s outfits from Dolce & Gabbana, with the whole thing including a $500 million superyacht.

Insiders defended the billionaire, saying it was “standard” to cover one’s own mini bar charges at a large-scale event, but it did not convince the guests. A guest joked, “I came for champagne and gondolas — not a $17 jar of peanuts.” Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s Venice wedding was a spectacle of luxury, but it still gave guests a reason to complain. The unprecedented mini bar bills got insiders talking despite the grandness of the Venetian event.
