Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s Beverly Hills mansion is garnering attention, and much of it comes from the uncommon additions that now shape the massive property. The couple’s $175 million compound, already one of the most popular homes in Los Angeles, has once again become a point of discussion after new photos revealed a series of huge upgrades. And this reportedly includes structures designed to look like classic UFOs.
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s mega-mansion reportedly features huge structures
The Daily Mail exclusively reported that Jeff Bezos spent years turning his and Lauren Sanchez’s historic 1930s estate into a modern mansion that covers 10 acres and connects two neighboring properties via a raised bridge. The main mansion, which dates back to Hollywood’s Golden Age, still keeps its old charm. However, nearly everything around it now reflects Bezos’ personal taste, including a futuristic sauna shaped like a UFO, complete with a clear dome and seating set in a cactus garden.
The structure sits near a firepit and outdoor furniture, making it one of the boldest parts of the redesign. Meanwhile, the rest of the property shows the same level of detail. An aquatic‑themed pool stretches across one area of the grounds, decorated with colorful sea creatures and surrounded by wide balconies and lounge spots.
Other features include a second pool, a hot tub, a beach volleyball court, and several pickleball courts with a viewing deck. Moreover, long walkways, bright landscaping, thick hedges for privacy, and golf carts for transportation round out the layout.
Bezos bought the main house in 2020 for $165 million, then added the neighboring property for $10 million. Construction took years and included delays after a planning issue in 2023, but work eventually moved forward. Now the finished compound stands as one of the most expensive and unique private estates in the country.
The Beverly Hills mansion is only one part of Bezos’s growing real estate collection, which spans Florida, Washington, D.C., Maui, Texas, and Manhattan, along with his $500 million superyacht. However, the new UFO‑style installation has certainly given the Beverly Hills property a unique identity.
