Benedict Cumberbatch reportedly has a cameo in Madonna’s comeback music video. Additionally, two other celebrities are also revealed to be in for the project. It is speculated that this is the biggest video the artist has ever produced.
Benedict Cumberbatch will reportedly feature in this singer’s music video
Benedict Cumberbatch will reportedly appear in the “Queen of Pop” Madonna’s comeback music video, The Sun reported. The outlet added that Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie and supermodel Kate Moss are also in the video. The upcoming album is titled Confessions on a Dance Floor Part 2.
According to the outlet’s source, all three artists have shot their scenes. While Christie’s scenes were filmed in the open, Moss and Cumberbatch’s scenes were filmed indoors on soundstages. To support the claims, The Sun shared a photo of the Wednesday star from the sets of the music video.
Furthermore, the shooting reportedly took place at the Black Island Studios in London and lasted four days. All of the stars filmed their scenes over one extremely long day of shooting, from 4 pm to 2 am.
The source further claimed that the “La Isla Bonita” singer will be donning Dolce & Gabbana outfits throughout the video. Her wardrobes will include PVC, leather corsets, and matching gloves, calling it her “most ambitious video shoot to date.”
The video is reportedly set to feature Hollywood-like sets, showcasing rave party scenes with aerial dance sequences in the background, and a car crash at some point. The source claimed to have seen the singer’s stunt double on the car crash set. The stunt double had a camera on their head and ran into the rave party set.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reported that the music video was shot across six soundstages, including one that looked like a lavish mansion. Furthermore, the “4 Minutes” singer has a private trailer on the set.
The album is scheduled for release sometime this year.
