Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan has reportedly been sentenced to 16 months in jail amid a 2024 DUI arrest with no probation. Bryan confessed to having two prior DUI convictions. For those unversed, the actor was arrested in February 2024 in La Quinta, California. He was charged with felony DUI and poor conduct for alleged contempt of court.

Zachery Ty Bryan of Home Improvement fame will reportedly face 16 months in jail amid his 2024 DUI case. As per court records obtained by PEOPLE, the 44-year-old went back to court on February 23. He made a plea deal with the prosecutors after pleading guilty to the DUI charge.
As per records, Bryan also admitted to an enhancement related to having two prior DUI convictions. The Longshot star was denied probation and already has 57 days of jail credit. This means Bryan will have to serve only 14 months in jail.
TMZ reported that the Smallville star pleaded guilty to driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 % or higher. It is double the 0.08 percent legal limit. For those unversed, Bryan was arrested in February 2024 on a felony DUI charge and a misdemeanor for alleged contempt of court while driving in La Quinta, California.
At the time, a spokesperson for the La Quinta Police Department told TMZ that the police were conducting a traffic stop. At around 2.30 a.m., they witnessed a vehicle they suspected had been involved in a traffic collision.
Bryan showed signs of impairment leading to his arrest the same day. The actor was booked into the John Benoit Detention Center. His bail was set at $50,000 with an additional $15,000 for the alleged misdemeanor (via Page Six).
