Donald Trump Shares Post Calling Barack Obama’s Wife ‘Anti-White Racist’

President Donald Trump reshared a controversial message on Truth Social that labeled Barack Obama‘s wife as an “anti-White racist,” intensifying criticism just weeks after a separate racist video appeared on his account. The post has renewed scrutiny over Trump’s activity on the social media platform and his ongoing attacks against figures tied to the Obama administration.

Trump amplified a message on Truth Social from far-right activist Laura Loomer that described the former first lady in harsh terms. Loomer’s original post criticized Netflix’s attempt to acquire Warner Bros. and urged Trump to block the merger. She expressed alarm that the Obamas’ production company, Higher Ground Productions, which produces content for Netflix, would influence both companies.

“Making this more horrifying is the fact that if the Netflix-Warner Bros. merger is approved, positive messaging of the Democrats’ upcoming witch hunts against Trump from Barack Hussein Obama…and his anti-White racist wife Michelle… would likely be blasted across all streaming services as the Obamas’ Higher Ground Productions continues to grow within Netflix,” Loomer wrote.

In his own caption accompanying the repost, Trump pivoted to attack another Black woman from the Obama administration, aka former national security adviser Susan Rice. Suggesting Netflix should cut ties with Rice, who is on the company’s executive board. Trump wrote, “Netflix should fire racist, Trump Deranged Susan Rice, IMMEDIATELY, or pay the consequences.”

The latest inflammatory post follows a similar incident involving Trump’s Truth Social account. Just two weeks earlier, a video appeared on his page that depicted the Obamas’ faces on the bodies of apes while “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” played in the background. Several Republican politicians demanded that Trump apologize for posting that video.

Following bipartisan backlash, the clip disappeared from Trump’s page. The White House later attributed the post to an unnamed staffer who shared it on the president’s behalf.
