Colin Jost screams during bobsledding run

Renowned comedian and writer Colin Jost, who is covering the 2026 Winter Olympics for NBC, recently went on a bobsledding run, which left him scared for his life.

Jost sat down for an interview with Mike Tirico and went on to share details regarding his bobsledding experience in Lake Placid, New York. He told Tirico, “I went down the bobsled, I went from start point one at the top with a very gifted driver, thankfully, Bryan Berghorn. And I was not prepared for the level of terror of this bobsled. I swear to God, I thought I was going to die.”

He further labeled it the “scariest experience” of his life. Jost added, “I thought my back was going to snap in half, I thought my bones were going to fly off my body and be littered all up and down the bobsled track.”

Moreover, in the video shared by NBC of his bobsledding experience, fans can notice the NBC correspondent screaming. He can also be heard shouting phrases like “oh my god” and “holy s****.” He also noted that even though he had his bobbling experience, he felt that he did not possess the talents of a “classic athlete.”

Commenting on the crotchgate scandal at the Olympics, Jost also stated, “I’ve been following crotch-gate very closely. I’ve had my eye on all of the crotches, and I wanted to really get myself in the mindset. I’ve been injecting, I’d say, maybe too much hyaluronic acid.”
