Justin Baldoni and his wife listed their Ojai, southern California home for $8.9 million on Friday, February 6, property records show. The listing comes amid Baldoni’s ongoing legal dispute with Lively. Realtor.com reports that the sprawling home was initially listed for rent in November 2025 for $40,000 and was later removed in January (via PEOPLE).

The official listing described it as a “rare retreat-style compound.” The gorgeous property is spread across over 5,200 square feet of space and features five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The cumulative property rests on more than ten acres of land. Not only that, one can witness panoramic views of the Topatopa Mountains. Lester Cook of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty currently holds the listing.

In an interview with Architectural Digest published in 2023, the couple shared that they spent two years refurbishing the home, giving it a brand new makeover to accommodate their family.

The Jane the Virgin star revealed that the family’s trips to Mexico inspired the interiors. Hence, they have a Spanish feel to their luxurious house. Baldoni dished, “We worked hard to make this house beautiful.” He also added that he and his wife designed their beautiful home with “feng shui in mind.”

Baldoni’s wife, Emily, called the home their “sanctuary” in the same interview. She said, “We also live in such a magical place in Ojai. And so we also wanted to let that inspire our home. We have mountains. There’s rock, stone, water—it’s very earthy, very natural, and absolutely gorgeous. We wanted it to feel like a sanctuary when we come home.”
