Prince Andrew’s Wood Farm Arrival Lands Backlash From Locals — Report

Ex-Prince Andrew had to leave his longtime residence, the Royal Lodge, a mansion on the grounds of Windsor Estate with 30 rooms, after the news of his scandalous past came to light. The former Duke of York, who lost all his royal titles, is reportedly living an isolated life at Sandringham. His alleged current residence is Wood Farm Cottage on the estate.

He is reportedly waiting for the renovations at the Marsh Farm to be over. In the meantime, locals around the Wood Farm have allegedly become unhappy after Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor moved there.

Ex-Prince Andrew coming to Wood Farm not ‘a very good idea,’ says local resident

A resident around the Wood Farm cottage said that the arrival of Ex-Prince Andrew to the estate is not “a very good idea.” The news came out after the palace stripped Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, of their royal titles. As reported by The Mirror, the 65-year-old Duke of York’s shift to the Wood Farm cottage, at the Sandringham estate, is not sitting well with the locals, and they are allegedly quite unhappy about the situation.

A resident told The Mirror that he did not think that the ex-Prince Andrew’s arrival at Wood Farm cottage was “a very good idea.” The person reportedly said, “I would have thought King Charles is supporting him with his bills.” The resident continued, “But it’s a bit bleak out there.” The person also added, “I don’t think there’ll be a lot there for him to do, really.”

In the meantime, another local went on to explain to the news outlet, “We love Sandringham, we don’t care who’s there.” The person continued, “But I think my best thought is that he should exile himself.” “And put us all out of our misery,” further added the local.
