Adam Sandler heaped praise on Bad Bunny’s landmark Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. The Grammy winner headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 8 at Levi’s Stadium. While many celebrities attended the show and watched it live, others watched it from the comfort of their homes and shared their thoughts on social media or through the media.

Adam Sandler shared his thoughts on Bad Bunny’s extravagant Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. A reporter from Entertainment Tonight asked Sandler, “What did you think of the Halftime?” The Happy Gilmore star replied, “Oh, Benito, it was unbelievable.”

Continuing further, Sandler said, “Loose, happy, made me, made everybody ecstatic. I loved it, and congrats to Bunny. He’s a great, great human being.” The reporter nodded, “Awesome, fly safe.” Sandler replied, “Hey, love ya.”

Appearing on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Bad Bunny revealed that he was starstruck the first time he encountered Sandler, when they were sitting opposite each other at a Lakers game.

The “Hustle” star revealed that when he noticed the Puerto Rican singer because his daughter is a huge fan of the artist. Sandler hilariously quipped, “And then we locked eyes. And then I gave you some love from across the court.”

Benito replied, “I was waiting for that moment! I’d been to a lot of Lakers games. I saw every celebrity, but never Adam Sandler.”
