Late Night host Stephen Colbert has hit out at Elon Musk after the release of the new batch of Epstein Files, which seem to tie the billionaire to the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, more closely than previously assumed. Email conversations have reportedly revealed plans for the Tesla CEO to visit the infamous island. Musk previously claimed he never accepted the invitation to Epstein Island.
Stephen Colbert mocks Elon Musk
Stephen Colbert hit out at the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, after the new batch of Epstein files tied the Tesla CEO to the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.
Musk has previously bragged about never going to the parties hosted by Epstein. He reportedly made plans with Epstein on two seperate occassions to visit the island, as per emails revealed in the new batch of Epstein files. The documents include Musk and Epstein emailing in both 2012 and 2013 to determine when Musk should make the trip to Little St James, per new reports.
Colbert addressed this during his monologue on The Late Show. “He’s publicly bragged that Mr Epstein ‘tried to get me to go to his island and I REFUSED,’ Colbert said, “But really. Did you?” The talk show host went on to read out an email from the Epstein files. This was the email that Musk allegedly sent to Epstein asking if he had “any parties planned” and saying he wanted to “let loose.”
Colbert added, “An email which was sent at 6:07 a.m. on Christmas morning.” Hey, say what you want, but he’s a high achiever.”
Elon Musk previously wrote from his X handle, “Epstein hounded me relentlessly to go to his pedo island, and I always declined. Not you, though. You actually went. What ‘gifts’ did you bring to Epstein when you went to pedo island?”
Now, it seems that Musk is also involved in the whole ordeal, much like many other prominent figures from across the world.
