The Traitors eliminated seventh contestant in Season 4 episodes 4 and 5

Episodes 4 and 5 of The Traitors Season 4 delivered plenty of drama, including a surprising murder, an emotional banishment, and a heated Round Table showdown.

Episode 4: A shocking murder and a tearful banishment

The episode opens with a recap, noting two murders, two banishments, and the twist reveal of Donna Kelce as a secret Traitor. The first big moment comes when Caroline Stanbury is murdered overnight.

As the fellow Housewives take her out while she’s chained up, leaving her stunned. She admits, “I’m absolutely floored. I thought the housewives would have each other’s back.” However, Lisa Rinna later explains that killing a fellow Housewife could help confuse the rest of the group.

At the Round Table, accusations escalate and Tiffany Mitchell becomes the main target. The group ultimately banishes her, Nam claims he heard Tiffany laughing during the night, which sways several votes. However, Tiffany gets emotional as the votes turn against her and she says revealing she was a faithful. “I am truly proud of the way I played this game.”

Episode 5: Another murder and a controversial banishment

The episode opens with the Traitors striking again and murdering Monét X Change. The group believes taking him out will break patterns forming in the house. Monét reacts joking, saying, “Now I’m a little faithful ghost. I’m going to haunt these hallways. Mark my words.”

The next Round Table turns explosive as Michael Rapaport and Colton Underwood clash in a heated argument. He questioned Colton Underwood’s ability to “keep a secret,” which many at the table took as a reference to Underwood previously being in the closet about his sexuality.

That remark was viewed as a low blow, crossed the line, and ultimately led to Rapaport’s banishment. The group votes out Rapaport, who reveals he was a Faithful. “You voted out the best-looking, smartest, dopest… Faithful,” he says, later adding, “Maybe I fought too hard,” while apologizing for his comments, saying he never intended to offend anyone (via Today).

With another murder and banishment complete, The Traitors continues to raise the stakes. Episode 6 arrives on January 22 on Peacock.
