Brooklyn Beckham & Wife’s Behavior Labeled ‘Petulant’ Amid Feud — Source

The rift between the Beckham family and the eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, has grown over the past year. While the couple had already been keeping their distance from the Beckham family, a source has recently claimed that the “Bates Motel” actor has made it worse.

Brooklyn Beckham ‘wants to do anything to make Nicola happy,’ per source

The feud between Brooklyn Beckham’s wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, and his mother, Victoria Beckham, reportedly began before the couple tied the knot in April 2022. Nicola and her family were allegedly not happy about Victoria’s refusal to design a wedding dress for her daughter-in-law.

However, a source believes that this feud has been going on for much longer than it should have. The source told Page Six, “As much as they (Brooklyn and the Peltzes) felt Victoria was in the wrong, this is petulant and short sighted behavior, it’s a way to extend the story that needed to go away.”

Brooklyn, who reportedly blocked his parents and his younger brother, Cruz, last month, has grown closer to his wife’s family. Another source close to the couple said, “Brooklyn wants to do anything to make Nicola happy, but this is all getting out of control. I can’t imagine a world where Brooklyn wouldn’t want to see his parents again.”

Although the eldest Beckham son has blocked his parents, he is allegedly open to mending the relationship. An insider told the outlet that he had blocked Victoria and David for the sake of his “mental health” because his boundaries had been overstepped. The insider also stated that Nicola “will always support his decisions. If one day Brooklyn wants to see his family, Nicola will support him.”

Brooklyn and Nicola have been living in the U.S. since 2022. David, who owns Inter Miami CF, will be spending the summer of this year in the U.S. due to the World Cup. Sources are hopeful that this will give the father-son duo a chance to work out their differences.
