Matt Kalil is suing Haley Kalil over her viral comments, claims report

Matt Kalil has reportedly filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley Kalil, over comments she made during a November 2025 livestream. She appeared on Marlon Garcia’s Mar-Athon show and said the size of Kalil’s genitals, described as “two Coke cans, maybe even a third,” contributed to their 2022 divorce. She also claimed intercourse with him left her “in tears.”

In court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Kalil alleges the livestream exposed “highly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff’s physical person and sexual life.” He claims the comments brought “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.” Kalil also says the remarks affected his family. His current wife, Keilani Asmus, has received messages that became “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature over time.”

Kalil states that Haley financially benefited from the incident. According to the lawsuit, she received “substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.” He is suing for invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, seeking a jury trial and damages exceeding $75,000.

In a statement to TMZ, Haley said she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the lawsuit. She added, “Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.” Haley did not directly address the comments but noted she had praised Kalil during the livestream, calling him “the greatest guy in the world.” She also said they discussed “the love in our marriage, the growth we experienced, the depth of our connection.”

Kalil and Haley married in 2015 and divorced in 2022. Kalil remarried in 2024 and shares a one-year-old son with his current wife.
