Sophie Turner talks about her love life
In a recent interview with Net-a-Porter’s PORTER on Monday, Sophie Turner shared a rare glimpse into her personal life. The 29-year-old actress confessed that she is single, amid dating rumors tying her to Coldplay’s Chris Martin.
“I mean, I haven’t seen my friends or gone on a date in weeks, months! I just sack off parts of my life sometimes,” Turner revealed. The actress added, “I only have the capacity for work and family right now. But I’m working on it. I’ll get there.”
Turner and Martin sparked romance speculation in October 2025, when sources alleged that the pair went on a “secret date.” According to the Daily Mail, the pair met up shortly after Turner called it quits with her ex-boyfriend, British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson. However, neither Turner nor Martin has publicly addressed the speculations.
Turner has now told PORTER that she is focusing on personal growth. “I’m looking forward to knowing myself better, knowing my boundaries and [having] a little more autonomy over my own life,” she stated. The actress also shared that she wants to be “a great role model” for her daughters. I love that they see me going out to work every day and working my a** off,” she added.
Turner has two daughters with her ex-husband, singer Joe Jonas. They welcomed their first child, Willa, on July 22, 2020. Their youngest, Delphine, arrived two years later on July 14, 2022. The couple called it quits a year later, and their divorce was finalized in September 2024.
