E! News‘ Keltie Knight interviewed the star, saying that she is aware of Fanning’s love for fashion. She then asked the actress about her “closet situation” since she “collects vintage.” Knight further inquired if the star had “multiple warehouses” or an “Excel spreadsheet” to determine where her clothes and gown were.
This is when “The Great” actress confessed that she “feel Kim Kardashian is so good at that,” adding, “On her show, everything is so organized.”
Spilling more beans about her skills, Fanning admitted that she wishes to be as “organized” as the reality TV star, but sadly, she is “not that organized.”
However, Fanning did confess that she has rented a “couple of storage units” to “save things” that she’s collected over the years. “I’m very sentimental about my clothes, and it’s hard for me to throw things away,” she added.
This is not the first time Fanning has spoken about her love for all things fashion. During an interview in Vogue, the star revealed that she “absolutely expresses herself through clothes.” “I go through phases, and my mood often dictates what I wear,” she said.
Regarding her style, Fanning feels she has a “real duality” within herself. “I’m very feminine, but also, at the same time, I like things that are a bit edgy and hard too,” she noted.
