Ben Affleck’s ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez, seems to have taken a playful jab at her short-lived marriage with The Accountant star during a recent concert. While taking a break between her performances, she took out time to chit-chat with her fans in the audience and unexpectedly proceeded to mock her own marriage in the process.

On December 30, during the opening night of her Up All Night residency at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, the “On The Floor” singer slyly poked fun at her union with her ex-husband.
Having concluded one of her songs, Ben Affleck’s ex-wife decided to express gratitude towards her fans, especially the ones who had also attended her first Las Vegas residency, titled Jennifer Lopez: All I Have, back in 2016.
“It went by in a blink, didn’t it, for those of you who were there on opening night ten years ago,” Jennifer Lopez noted in the footage going viral from her concert on X (formerly Twitter), as the audience burst into cheers. She then added, “And, you know, at that time I’d only been married twice. That’s not true; it was only once. It felt like twice.”
Despite maintaining a playful tone, the 56-year-old singer and actress clarified, “I’m just kidding! It’s over, and I just — boom — we’re fine. It’s all good.” Meanwhile, Lopez’s drummer decided not to miss out on the fun and chimed in by perfectly timing a bass drum and cymbal hit following the singer’s joke.
The Kiss of the Spider Woman then concluded her account by noting, “The good news is that I’m learning and I’m growing and we’re in our happy era now!”
Notably, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot with a small wedding in Las Vegas in July 2022, before conducting a fancier ceremony at the latter’s Georgia estate. Nevertheless, she ultimately filed for divorce in August 2024, with their marriage officially dissolving in January 2025.
