Shaun Weiss wants to get Tylor Chase ‘some help in time for the holiday’

Shaun Weiss, best known for roles in The Mighty Ducks movies and in the 1995 film Heavyweights, recently took to his social media account to post a video, where he offered help to former child star Tylor Chase. This comes after Chase went viral on social media platforms after being spotted on the streets of California. He was allegedly homeless and struggling.

Shaun Weiss stepped up with a helping hand in response to this. In a recent video posted from his official Instagram account, Weiss said, “I have received many messages about [Tylor Chase]… I reached out to some friends of mine, and we have a bed for him at a detox, and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment.”

He continued, “All we need to do now is find him. I’m not in Los Angeles, or I would go look for him myself.” He also asked anyone who came across Chase face-to-face to drop him a DM. “Please DM me so we can get him some help in time for the holiday,” he added.

Tylor Chase was a renowned child actor. He played Martin Qwerly, a talkative and intelligent middle school student, on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide throughout the show’s three-season run. He also appeared in Everybody Hates Chris and Good Time Max. In the viral video featuring Chase, a person spots him and asks him if he was ever on Disney. The former actor replies that it was Nickelodeon. He further answers what show he was in.

There have been no further updates about him yet.
