Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence featured on Variety’s Actors on Actors on December 17 and spoke about their respective movies, featuring in sitcoms as kids, and their Martin Scorsese connection. During the conversation, DiCaprio revealed the one “bad habit” he has as an actor.

Leonardo DiCaprio got candid about his bad habit on Variety’s Actors on Actors with Jennifer Lawrence. The Die My Love star asked, “What are your good and bad habits as an actor? And can I answer for you?” DiCaprio responded, “That’d be much better,” before adding that he shoots out a lot of ideas that are sometimes ‘unnecessary.’
“I think I shoot out a lot of ideas, sometimes unnecessarily… It’s kind of like a shotgun spray of anything that comes to mind, and a lot of that may waste time for the focus of what we already know,” DiCaprio confessed. Lawrence consoled him by saying, “A broken clock is right twice a day.” The Revenant star agreed.
Further in the interview, the 35-year-old actress asked him, “Have you rewatched Titanic?” To which DiCaprio replied, “No. I haven’t seen it in forever.” Lawrence exclaimed, “Oh, you should. I bet you could watch it now, it’s so good.”
DiCaprio replied nonchalantly, “I don’t really watch my films, do you?” The Joy star replied wittily, “No. I’ve never made something like Titanic. If I did, I would watch it.”
The 51-year-old may not have rewatched Titanic, but he has rewatched The Aviator multiple times. DiCaprio revealed to Esquire earlier, “I rarely watch any of my films. But if I’m being honest, there’s one that I have watched more than others. It’s The Aviator.”
DiCaprio added, “That’s simply because it was such a special moment to me. I had worked with Marty [Scorsese] on Gangs of New York, and I’d been toting around a book on Howard Hughes for 10 years.”
