Earlier this year, Brooks Nader opened up about her addiction to weight loss drugs like Ozempic and their side effects in her reality show, “Love Thy Nader.” In a recent interview with Us Weekly, she shared that many women have since “reached out” to her to show their support.
Brooks Nader had many reach out to her about GLP-1 addiction
Brooks Nader emerged as the newest fashion icon in 2025. She stars in the reality show, “Love Thy Nader,” which premiered in August, alongside her three younger sisters, Sarah Jane, Grace Ann, and Mary Holland Nader. In the show, she got candid about her addiction to GLP-1 medications.
During her appearance at iHeartRadio’s Z100 Jingle Ball in New York City on December 12, Nader opened up about the support she had been receiving. “I didn’t quite know how many other women are going through the same thing that I was going though,” she told Us Weekly. “When I was vocal about it, I was truly just in a vulnerable moment, and I’m appreciative that so many women have reached out to me with similar struggles.”
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model also revealed that women of all ages got in touch with her about their “similar struggles.” She added, “I’m hoping that through using my voice, we can all band together and find a solution, or, maybe, start a workout group or something to have peace of mind that we’re not alone.”
Last month, Nader made a “honest” confession as she told Bustle that the GLP-1 medications helped her lose 30 pounds, leveraging her career as a model. Back then, she admitted that she was still using the drugs, but knew that it was unhealthy and she “should get off it.”
Meanwhile, “Love Thy Nader” has already been renewed for a second season, and the sisters plan to do things differently this time. While Grace Ann revealed that she will be making changes to her hair, makeup, and style, the oldest Nader sister plans to “make different choices in men.” Sarah Jane will be more secretive with her sisters, and Mary Holland will be putting her guard down.
