The woman named as David Harbour’s alleged mistress is publicly denying the narrative pushed by the actor’s estranged wife, singer Lily Allen. Natalie Tippett, a costume designer, took to social media to refute claims of a lengthy affair.

Tippett directly addressed the allegations on her Instagram Stories that she was involved in a years-long affair with David Harbour. She expressed frustration over the story being circulated.
“I was hoping to not speak on this, but I am tired of this false narrative being pushed and circulated,” Tippett wrote. She firmly denied the core accusation, stating, “I did not have a three-year affair with anyone. I’m unsure why this person wants so badly to pit people against me or create this narrative that we both know is false based on the actual messages that I have saved between us.”
Tippett seemingly referred to David Harbour’s estranged wife’s new album, “West End Girl,” where Lily Allen details marital strife. Tippett claimed her private messages were used without permission. “I feel extremely violated, and I would love to stop getting messages telling me to die and other obscene things that I won’t share on this platform,” she continued.
While acknowledging the repercussions of speaking out, Tippett defended her decision. “I can’t imagine anything worse than what’s already been said, as well as having to watch someone profit off of painful lies. So at this point at least I’ve said my truth and on my own terms.”
This follows earlier reporting by the Daily Mail. In October, they identified Tippett as Harbour’s alleged mistress. Moreover, this broke after Allen discussed her husband’s affairs on her album West End Girl. On the track “Madeline,” Allen sang about Harbour breaking rules in their “open” marriage. “Of course I’ve heard the song,” Tippett told the outlet at the time.
Allen and Harbour, who married in 2020, announced their separation in February. Allen filed for divorce in September 2025.
