He is currently recovering in the Philippines. Meanwhile, a source told Page Six that the duchess has every detail of her father at the hospital, but she “won’t even call him.”
“If she knows where he is, why wouldn’t she go to him?” another asked, claiming that the “Suits” alum could use a private jet. However, the Sussex representative informed that Markle has sent a letter to her dad. They mentioned that it was “exceedingly difficult” for her to reach out to her father “privately.” Reportedly, she has made several efforts over the past few days.
“With the support of reliable and trusted contacts, her correspondence is now safely in his hands,” they added.
Earlier, a report suggested that Markle “agonized over every single line” she wrote in the letter. According to an insider, the mother of two was well aware of a “risk” in sending it. Reportedly, she added warmth in the heartfelt letter, but was also careful about the tone. “Let’s be honest — it reads more like a press release than a private letter,” the source explained.
