Shia LaBeouf Looks Unrecognizable in Shaved Look

Shia LaBeouf, whose career has been marred by controversies in recent years, was recently spotted with a completely different look during his first public outing in months in Los Angeles. The actor sported a shaved head and a clean-shaven face, which marked a sharp departure from his previous public appearance.

Shia LaBeouf spotted with new look

Shia LaBeouf has largely stayed out of the public eye in recent months. The last time he was seen publicly was at the premiere of his latest film, Salvable, over the summer. At the event, the Disturbia star sported slicked-back hair and a large mustache.

He has now seemingly gotten rid of both.

The 39-year-old was photographed in Los Angeles on Friday, December 12, 2025, with a shaved head and clean-shaven face. He wore a red T-shirt and appeared nearly unrecognizable in this look. He was holding a coffee cup and speaking on the phone when the photos were taken.

LaBeouf has been involved in multiple controversies over the past several years. This may explain why the actor has appeared in very few films since 2020. These projects include a documentary about his acting school, which itself became a subject of controversy.

Additionally, the actor was sued by rapper FKA twigs in Los Angeles Superior Court. She accused him of “relentless” sexual, physical, and emotional abuse. She also alleged that LaBeouf knowingly transmitted an STD to her.

The actor has denied all assault allegations. FKA twigs later dropped the lawsuit. The case was reportedly settled for an undisclosed amount before reaching trial.

Before his career was affected by controversies, LaBeouf appeared in films such as Holes (2003), Constantine (2005), Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010), Lawless (2012), Nymphomaniac (2013), Fury (2014), American Honey (2016), Borg vs McEnroe (2017), Honey Boy (2019), The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019), Pieces of a Woman (2020), and Padre Pio (2022), among others.
