Jessica Simpson revealed that Ashton Kutcher reacted with a single word when she told him she was a virgin at age 22. “I’ll never forget telling Ashton I was a virgin,” Simpson said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “He was like, ‘Why?'” She explained her decision by saying, “‘Because I haven’t met my husband yet.'”
At the time, Simpson and Kutcher appeared together on the fifth season of That ’70s Show. Simpson added, “At this age, I’m very innocent. I’m not thinking about other people and their sex lives at all.” She emphasized her openness about the topic, stating, “I’ve always been open. Legs crossed, but open.”
Jessica Simpson waited until marriage to lose her virginity. She married Nick Lachey in 2002 and shared in a 2003 Blender interview, “It was the most amazing moment of my life.” She said, “I’m so lucky I didn’t lose my virginity in the back of a Jeep or something.
