Prime Video’s Beast Games Season 2 Secures This Guinness World Record

Beast Games Season 2 has already achieved something extraordinary before its premiere. The Prime Video show, co-created by YouTube star MrBeast, focuses on offbeat challenges with high cash prizes. The second installment of Beast Games has garnered a lot of attention, and now, it seems to have entered the Guinness World Records with an incredible feat.

MrBeast’s Beast Games breaks yet another Guinness World Record with Season 2

Beast Games Season 2 was already slated to be much bigger than its predecessor. Now, the show’s co-creator revealed that they built a massive city for the show.

MrBeast recently announced on X (formerly Twitter), “We literally built a massive city for Beast Games season 2, show drops January 7th on Prime Video!! 100 of the strongest and 100 of the smartest people on earth compete for over $10,000,000 in prizes in the most insane games ever created.”

This announcement post included pictures of a large arena dubbed Beast City. This will also see intense competition, surpassing what fans saw in the first season. “Every challenge pushes the limits of human strength, intelligence, and strategy,” Amazon revealed.

Interestingly, the set built for the second season has now achieved a new milestone: it has entered the Guinness World Records. “We can officially confirm this was the largest single set build on a competitive reality TV show,” the publication confirmed on their official X account.

Unsurprisingly, fans were excited by the development and made their feelings clear in the comments section. “No one is coming for that record in the nearest future,” one user wrote. “Next season he’s gonna build a whole planet and Guinness will just nod,” another user added.

Notably, Beast Games Season 1 broke 44 Guinness World Records during filming itself. This includes most participants in a single competitive reality show season, most cameras recording simultaneously on a competitive reality TV show, and the largest prize fund awarded for a competitive reality TV show, to name a few. Meanwhile, the sophomore iteration of MrBeast’s show has already broken one record ahead of its release. Thus, fans are excited about what other feats it will achieve. Beast Games Season 2 will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on January 7, 2025.
