Robyn Brown delved into the reasons behind Kody Brown‘s estrangement from his kids as Sister Wives is in for some major development to the ongoing family feud. Ones that don’t paint his exes in a good light. Drama is about to unfold as the polygamist reality show witnesses the ex sister wives addressing Robyn’s weighty allegations about influencing the fallout.
Robyn Brown says ‘intense influencing’ from Kody’s exes impacted his relationship with his kids
Sister Wives’ Robyn Brown made some explosive comments in reference to her husband, Kody Brown’s, strained relationship with his children from previous marriages. Her comments hinted at a deeper issue within the family. Robyn feels that Kody prioritizing his relationship with her over his children has contributed to the tension. Apart from his children with Robyn (Dayton, Aurora, and Breanna), the polygamist’s other adult children have a rocky relationship with him.
Kody’s children from previous marriages, particularly those with ex-wives Christine and Janelle, have expressed feelings of hurt and betrayal. Consequently, Robyn has been implying that she might be the reason for the rift.
Having said that, Robyn believes that Kody’s ex-wives may have unintentionally contributed to the rift. “I think there’s some hurt feelings and misunderstandings, and some influencing that’s been happening. Some pretty intense influencing”, Robyn told her husband.
Ex-wife Christine addressed the allegations about her influence in former spouse Kody’s current estrangement from the majority of his adult children on the show’s November 23 episode. “I’m just exhausted and so tired of being blamed for how his kids feel about him. It’s his responsibility and not mine”, Christine said in her defence.
Concurring with Christine’s statement in a separate confessional, Janelle said, “Look… I wish I had a lot of influence on my adult children. Boy, things would be really different.”
Robyn further defended her husband as well as her claim in the confessional. “I don’t think parents actually completely realize how much little things they say actually influence the way their children think about the other parent. “And in plural marriage, Dad’s not around the same amount as Mom”, the sister wife said.
