Jennifer Lawrence Slams This Kardashian as ‘Annoying’

Jennifer Lawrence revealed she has some strong opinions about the Kardashian-Jenner clan, specifically calling out one member’s behavior as particularly “annoying.”

Jennifer Lawrence is not a fan of Kourtney Kardashian

The Oscar-winning actress is a self-proclaimed superfan of the Kardashians, but her fandom doesn’t extend to every family member. During a promotional interview with her Die My Love co-star Robert Pattinson for Vanity Fair, the conversation turned to the famous reality TV family. While Lawrence confirmed her adoration for one sister, she launched into a surprising critique of another, Kourtney Kardashian Barker. “Kourtney [Kardashian] is more annoying than ever,” Lawrence said bluntly. “She drives me nuts.”

Lawrence went on to explain her reasoning. “Everything has to be an announcement,” she continued. “‘I’m not gonna wear outfits anymore.’ Just wear whatever you want. Don’t make an announcement about it. Or, ‘I don’t have a TV in my room.’ Just don’t watch TV. Stop announcing it.” However, when asked what Lawrence would like to announce to Kourtney Kardashian, she exclaimed, “I am in love with you. Always have, always will.”

The conversation about the Kardashians didn’t stop there. Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson went on to discuss Kim Kardashian’s latest SKIMS launch, a merkin. When Pattinson shared he had never seen Lawrence in a merkin, she reminded him he did. To which he responded, “I didn’t know what it was. I caught a glimpse of it and I turned away.” He further added, “I have nightmares about it ever since.”

Lawrence’s viral comments came during promotions for her new psychological drama Die My Love, directed by Lynne Ramsay. The film marks Ramsay’s first feature since 2017’s You Were Never Really Here and stars Lawrence and Pattinson alongside Sissy Spacek.

Based on Ariana Harwicz’s 2012 novel, the film explores postpartum depression and the emotional breakdown of a woman trapped in an unhappy marriage. Lawrence plays a writer whose fragile mental state spirals under the weight of motherhood and marital tension. It’s currently playing in theatres.
