TMZ captured Sydney Sweeney reuniting with her ex-fiancé, Jonathan Davino, in Los Angeles this weekend. The Euphoria star reportedly met up with Davino after grabbing dinner with her friends at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.
A source who was close to Sweeney’s house reportedly heard the pair arguing after she got out of her car. The insider claimed to have heard her scream, “I don’t believe you. Please leave, leave me alone.”
A few days later, Sweeney stepped out with her current boyfriend, Scooter Braun, who is reportedly unhappy with her recent rendezvous with Davino. An insider close to Barun stated, “He’s made it clear that he wants her 100%, that she needs to compromise on some things, and that seeing her ex like that crossed a line.”
Speaking with The Sun, the source said, “Scooter got really mad. He doesn’t like that kind of behaviour at all, especially knowing the history between her and Jonathan.”
“He knows they had a serious relationship, were together for a long time, and even got engaged. So, seeing her with him again — and getting caught on camera getting into his car — really set him off,” they further added.
The source continued, “He was hurt and wanted her to know. What he wants is full transparency between them — and for her to be the same way, but also to act like someone who’s in a committed relationship, not single anymore.”
Sweeney broke off her engagement with businessman Jonathan Davino in March 2025. The actress then sparked dating rumors with Scooter Braun after fans spotted the pair at Jeff Bezos’s wedding in Italy. Several reports have since suggested that the couple is getting “more serious.”
