The General Hospital star recently took to her official social media account, where she shared an regarding her recent surgery.
Carolyn Hennesy wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Hello all, due to unforeseen circumstances, like a broken leg, my performance at Vibrato on November 5 has been postponed. We’ll git ‘er done just not on the 5th.”
In one of her Instagram stories, Hennesy also mentioned that this would be her second surgery. She stated, “First surgery went well, and the second surgery is scheduled for Thursday. All thoughts and prayers are welcome.” (via Parade)
Additionally, the Dawson’s Creek actress shared that her cabaret show has been postponed in her latest Instagram post. She wrote, “Hello everyone, sadly (very!) we have to postpone the show on Nov 5th due to a personal injury.”
Following Carolyn Hennesy’s post, fans lined up on social media to send multiple wishes to the actress. A fan on X wrote, “Hey there Miss Hennesy, I’m extremely sorry to hear about your experience, but next time when someone says break a leg please don’t take their advice!
