During Halloween, Alix Earle dressed up as the pop icon, and she soon got a surprise message from the latter herself. Gaga wrote a supportive message in the comments section of the Dancing with the Stars contestant’s social media post, garnering heartwarming reactions from fans of the two.

For Halloween, the social media personality shared a TikTok video in which she dressed up as Lady Gaga and grooved to the singer’s 2008 track, “Paparazzi.” She even danced and lip-synced some of the singer’s iconic lines.
The aforementioned clip, which has received 1.1M likes as of writing, also received appreciation in the comments section from Gaga herself. The Grammy winner mentioned her support for Alix Earle, writing, “Girl, I love you. And I’m rooting for you on DWTS! Thank you for this, it’s so sweet.”
As for the fans, they saw the “Judas” crooner’s reply and celebrated online, as Earle had previously mentioned how she loves the pop star. Thus, to have her praise was a big deal.
On DWTS, Earle and her dance partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, are doing quite well. On Halloween Night, the pair earned top marks by performing a tango that the judges rated 39 out of 40. Later, their total came out to be even higher during the special, ‘Dance-Monster-Thon.’
The spotlight on Dancing With The Stars Season 34, however, has not come without controversy for Alix Earle. After the high score, some fans and online critics got involved. They criticized judge Cheryl Burke after she gave the dancer a 9 instead of a 10. One of those was made by Earle’s stepmother, Ashley Dupré, who allegedly urged Burke to “go take more Ozempic.”
Addressing the comments, Burke made an Instagram video and said that she can take constructive criticism. However, it is body shaming that she draws a line at. Soon, Alix Earle’s stepmother released a video apologizing for her remarks. (via People)
