Prince Harry Has Unexpected Reaction to Taylor Swift-Charli XCX Beef

Prince Harry sat down with Hasan Minhaj on his podcast, and the host discussed the alleged beef between Taylor Swift and Charli XCX. The Prince was confused. However, Minhaj did not stop and continued with his opinions on the whole issue. It caused a humorous moment between the two.

Prince Harry stares blankly when asked about Charli XCX and Taylor Swift’s beef

During the Hasan Minhaj podcast, he asked Prince Harry what he thought of the beef between Charli XCX and Taylor Swift. To this, Harry simply replied, “The what?” He was seemingly confused about the topic.

Minhaj then continued to expand on the subject and said, “Oh, no. No, this is serious. ”Cause—was Charli’s diss track even a diss track? I mean, to me, ‘Sympathy Is a Knife’ was about something completely different. But then Taylor comes back and, I think, escalates it with ‘Actually Romantic.’ And I’m kinda thinking to myself… is this fair? Or did Charli draw blood, and Taylor had to respond?” (via Hasan Minhaj)

Prince Harry was still confused and laughed to ease the awkwardness in the air. As for Minhaj, he continued and asked, “Sometimes I just think… where do we go from here, you know?”

For the unversed, since Taylor Swift has released her latest album, ‘Life of a Showgirl,’ fans think that her track, ‘Actually Romantic,’ is actually a diss track meant for Charli XCX. This started with Charli’s 2024 album called ‘Bra,t’ which included the song ‘Sympathy is a Knife.’ Fans think that some of the lines in it refer to Taylor Swift.

However, none of the artists have come forward and addressed the rumors or even confirmed them. As for Swift, while talking about her track, she said it is a love letter “to someone who hates you.” She explained,

“I don’t hate you. And I don’t think about this. But like, thank you for all the effort, honestly, that is… wow. That is very, very sweet of you to think about me this much, even if it’s negative. In my industry, attention is affection when you’re getting a whole lot of it, so…” (via Taylor Swift, track commentary)
