Brad Pitt Wants Court to ‘Force’ Angelina Jolie Amid Legal War — Source

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s court battle has reportedly intensified, with the former wanting to “force” information out of her. The former couple has been embroiled in a legal feud over their shared winery in France, Chateau Miraval, for months. A report previously mentioned that Jolie demanded that he pay her $33K for her legal fees. However, new documents revealed that Pitt has requested the court to press her for details in their fierce courtroom clash.

Brad Pitt reportedly asked the judge to step in amid the legal war with Angelina Jolie in new court documents. Us Weekly exclusively obtained new documents in which Pitt accused his ex-wife of “persistent misdirection” in their intense courtroom battle over their shared French winery, Chateau Miraval. In addition, he requested the court to shut down her demand of $33K from him to cover her legal fees.

Pitt made the filing on Monday, wanting a judge to “force” Jolie to submit private emails about the case that she has been withholding. These emails contain communications between her and her team, including business manager Terry Bird, her British publicists, Chloe Dalton and Arminka Helic, and two financial consultants. The “F1” star alleged that she “categorically withheld such communications.”

Brad Pitt’s request to use “force” came as he claimed that Angelina Jolie has only produced “one internal email.” The said communication “mentions the terms of the sale at the center of this case,” and he believes that there are still lots of missing emails.

The Hollywood veteran’s demands came as part of his ongoing legal feud with Jolie over Chateau Miraval. The former couple purchased the property when they tied the knot in 2008. The case reportedly stemmed from Pitt’s 2022 lawsuit in which he accused the “Maleficent” star of illegally selling her shares in the winery.
