Jason Kelce collaborates with Predator: Badlands for new beer ad
Jason Kelce leads a new featurette titled “Thermal Buzz” as a promotional short film for Garage Beer and Predator: Badlands. The brand has partnered with 20th Century Studios to create an ad based on the highly anticipated action flick.
The trailer for the short film features Kelce and former Philadelphia Eagles player Beau Allen as they square off with the lethal Predators in the jungle. The stars are clad in camo outfits and tease a fun action sequence that also showcases the Garage Beer canned drinks.
Kelce recently shared the teaser in a collaborative post with Garage Beers, with a caption announcing, “Garage Beer: It could save your life! Predator Badlands in theaters November 7th and Thermal Buzz on your phones October 31st ?.”
The 11-minute “Thermal Buzz” film, which comes out this Friday, serves as an homage to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s original 1987 hit, Predator, which launched the beloved franchise. The video will also feature pro wrestler Matt Cardona.
In an official statement, Jason Kelce reflected on his love for the film series and action movies. He stated, “As a ’90s kid, there’s nothing I loved more than a good action movie. In my mind, it’s hard to find a movie more iconic than ‘Predator.’
The retired NFL superstar concluded, saying, “From the memes to the epic quotes, nothing compares in terms of action-packed entertainment. We’re just pumped that our short film can be part of the moment; I can’t wait to see ‘Predator: Badlands.’” (via Variety)
