Travis Kelce was seen wearing a pumpkin-hued distressed jacket with a white T-shirt and orange pants. Though his look was quite well-planned with sunglasses and a gold chain, Jason Kelce could not help but talk about this bold choice of color.
“[He’s gotta] figure out the bleach in his wash, it’s getting after one of his shirts,” Jason joked as Travis walked in during the former’s appearance on the ESPN Monday Night Football broadcast. The comment saw a round of laughter.
One of the co-hosts asked Jason if Travis wore the same thing twice. “I think it’s usually once,” Jason said, “Every once in a while, I’ll catch him wearing [items twice], but I wear a lot of his stuff twice.” Jason also admitted that he borrowed things from his brother’s cabinet. “I go into the closet and steal stuff whenever I’m in town,” Jason added.
Though Jason made fun of his younger brother, there were many on social media platforms who loved Travis’s look. The official X account of the Kansas City Chiefs posted a photo of Travis Kelce with the caption, “Orange ya glad @tkelce is here?! ?” Many responded positively to the photo.
Some even drew comparisons of this outfit to Taylor Swift’s new album, Life of a Showgirl, which had orange as one of its primary theme colors.
Ultimately, Travis Kelce and his team ended up winning their game against the Washington Commanders with a commanding lead.
