Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew went their separate ways 10 years after their marriage. The couple shares two daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice. Despite being separated, the couple continued living together at Royal Lodge. But now, sources say that Andrew is supposed to move out of his property and reside at another residence. Ferguson, too, would have to look for a separate place to live.
Rob Shutter recently reported in #ShuterScoop, “Sarah and Andrew have been playing house for decades, but the royal gravy train has finally pulled into its last station.” He continued, “They’ll always care for each other, but this time, she’s not packing up and following him.”
King Charles reportedly doesn’t want Andrew and Ferguson to reside at the Royal Lodge anymore, where they have not paid rent for more than 20 years. The journalist further explained, “Charles is sending a very deliberate message. No one — not even his brother — is above accountability. The new era of the monarchy is about service, not scandal.”
Meanwhile, sources say that Ferguson is “devastated and furious” with the prospect of having to relinquish her Duchess of York title. Shutter said, “She’s been clinging to the title and the Lodge because they’re her last links to royal life.” He added, “But Charles is cutting ties to the past — and this time, the monarchy is moving on without her.”
